How many commissions do you accept each year?+
Between four and six, so that our principals remain personally involved from first sketch to handover.
Do we need to have land already?+
It helps, but no. We regularly source private plots on behalf of clients and can assess opportunities discreetly.
What is a typical timeline?+
Between eighteen and thirty-six months, depending on planning, scale and material lead times.
What does an investment look like?+
Bespoke commissions typically begin in the region of £4m and are quoted transparently after the design phase.
How is my privacy protected?+
Every engagement is covered by mutual NDA. No commission is ever publicised without your explicit approval.
